Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of yeast
- 1 tablet of heated margarine
- 2 cups of fluor
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of lemos essence
- 1-1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 cups of berries
- Sugar and nutmeg
Preparation
- Preheat the oven (high temperature).
- Use the small molds for rolls (18 molds).
- Mix the flour, yeast and salt.
- Beat the sugar and the margarine until fluffy.
- Add the eggs and beat well.
- Add the lemon essence and 1/2 cup the berries, mix with the margarine and the eggs.
- Add flour and milk mixing well. Fill with the rest of berries.
- Cast the mixture in the molds (3/4 parts of mold).
- Spread the sugar and nutmeg above.
- Put in the heat over about 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before empty the molds.
