SHORTBREAD.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g butter
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • chocolate to melt
Elaboration:

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients are the hands and start working the dough.
  • There we will be adding flour until the dough does not stick to hands us.
  • Then with a rolling pin, spread the word too much to leave it to a thickness of 0.5 cm, and a mold that shapes we want. In this case, we made all round.
  • Then bake, which have the hot 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  • We should be on the lookout because we Torr too.

MARINATED CHICKEN.

ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 cups oil
  • 2 cups vinegar

Ingredients
  • Lemon
  • 20 strawberries
  • Condensed milk
  • 8 oreo cookies
  • Wipped cream
Preparation
  1. Cut the oreo cookies and the strawberries.
  2. Mix the sliced strawberries with the wipped cream and 2 lemons.
  3. Put the mixture in the bowl with aluminium paper, then put the oreo cookies.
  4. Freeze during 7 hours.
  5. Out and decorate with more strawberries.
  6. Freeze 2 hours.
  7. Ready to serve.

Corn and chicken soup

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 1 celery
  • 1/2 kg of carrots
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 250g of corn
  • 250g of noodles
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
  1. Place the chicken in the casserole and heat to we can separate the meat bones.
  2. Remove the meat bones and add, in the chicken, the vegetables, salt and pepper.
  3. When the chicken and the vegetables are boiling, add the corn and the noodles.
  4. Cook the chicken and the noodles to they are ready.
  5. Spread the hard-boiled egg above.

GARLIC NOODLES (MAIN COURSE)

INGREDIENTS:
Tallarines al ajo

• 400 grams of noodles.
• 6 cloves of garlic.
• Oil.
• Black pepper.
• 50g grated Parmesan cheese.

• Salt.


PREPARATION

Boil noodles 10 to 12 minutes. Later, prepare the dressing.

Put in a pan 8 tablespoons of oil and the garlic cloves. When well browned, take off the oil.

Drain the noodles, dress with the oil and pepper and serve immediately.


Finally, serve the cheese.

CHILEAN PANNACOTA (DESSERT)

INGREDIENTS:

-1 liter of milk
-1/2 liter of cream.
-100grams of vanilla .

-1/2 kilo of sugar.

PREPARATION:

Boil the milk with the cream and sugar.

Later, add the vainilla.

Finally, put in pots and let chill for at least 3 hours

Berries rolls


Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons of yeast
  • 1 tablet of heated margarine
  • 2 cups of fluor
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of lemos essence
  • 1-1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of berries
  • Sugar and nutmeg
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven (high temperature).
  2. Use the small molds for rolls (18 molds).
  3. Mix the flour, yeast and salt.
  4. Beat the sugar and the margarine until fluffy.
  5. Add the eggs and beat well.
  6. Add the lemon essence and 1/2 cup the berries, mix with the margarine and the eggs.
  7. Add flour and milk mixing well. Fill with the rest of berries.
  8. Cast the mixture in the molds (3/4 parts of mold).
  9. Spread the sugar and nutmeg above.
  10. Put in the heat over about 25-30 minutes.
  11. Let cool before empty the molds.

Pumpkin soup

Ingredients

  • 4kg of pumpkin
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and fresh green pepper
  • 1 cup of sliced leeks
  • 1/2 cup of sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup of chopped celery
  • 4 cups of meat broth
  • 1 cup of seeded chopped peeled tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 laurel leaf
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Cut the pumpkin, removing the seeds.
  3. Introduce 2 tablespoons of butter the walls of the pumpkin.
  4. Put the salt and pepper and put in the oven about 20 minutes.
  5. In the other casserole, saute the laurel leaf, the carrots and celery with 2 tablespoons of butter during 10 minutes and stir.
  6. Add the broth, carry on the point of boiling, add the tomatoes and put the salt.

Cream and chocolate cookies

Ingredients

  • cookies
  • 10 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • milk
  • sugar
  • cream or custard
Preparation

In the bowl, gets the necessary cocoa, also the sugar and 3 tablespoons of butter, beaten until a bit liquid.
In the dish, chop the cookies and mix with the milk. Place the first layer of cookies with milk, later spread the chocolate above. Then, gets the cookies with milk  and gets the other layer of cream.
Finally, decorated of lacasitos or chips of chocolate.

Deviled eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • salt
Preparation

Cook the eggs until they are well cooked. Slit them in half and remove the yolk. Then, besides mix the mayonnaise, the mustard and the salt. Finally, fill each half eggs with pasta.

CARB SPAGHETTI(MAIN COURSE).

INGREDIENTS:

Spaghetti package.
3 eggs.
1 jar of cream.
100 gr. bacon.
salt.
Pepper.
Grated cheese.


PREPARATION:

Boil spaghuetti with water and salt for 3 or 4 minutes if the pasta is fresh.

While boiling, beat the eggs and add the cream, salt and pepper.

In a pan fry the bacon into small pieces, add the pasta, and then add the beaten eggs with the cream had. Move for two mimutos.

The very hot and serve with grated cheese.

ZWIEBACK(DESSERT).


INGREDIENTS:

White flour 150 g
Sugar 100 g
80 g butter.

PREPARATION:

Put in a bowl the flour and sugar, mix and add the butter

Put the mold in hot oven at 180 degrees for 2 hours.

Then remove the dessert from the oven. Put these slices and toast for a few minutes at 200 degrees.

LENTIL MARINE

Ingredients:

  • cuttlefish
  • shrimp tails
  • tomato
  • 1/2 l. fish stock
  • oil
  • salt
Elaboration:
  • First, clean the cuttlefish and cut into cubes or slices.
  • In a saucepan, stir oil, onion and fry it and cuttlefish. When you have advanced a little, add the shrimp tails too.
  • We add the tomato sauce well and fry it until it is well preserved.

Ingredients:

SOUP OF CHEESE AND EGG(MAIN COURSE).

INGREDIENTS:

-3 eggs.
-50 grams of Parmesan striped cheese.
-1 spoonful of broth of vegetables.
-Pepper and nut moscada.

PREPARATION:

It beats 3 eggs in a container, and adds the Parmesan cheese.

Put a 1 litre of water in the pot and hope that boil. Later, add the broth of vegetables.

In the pot, add the parmesan cheese and egg, and later  beat one or two minutes. Finally, retir the pot of the fire.

Finally, service the soup in container and add the pepper and nut moscada.


TIRAMISU(DESSERT).

Sencillo tiramisú  recetaINGREDIENTS:

-1 spoonful of instantaneous.
-2 spoonfuls of warm water .

PREPARATION:

RICE WITH RABBIT.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 chopped rabbit
  • 400 gr. (approx.) rice
  • tomato
  • oil
  • salt
  • broth
Elaboration:
  • First put in a pan in a little oil and brown them is the rabbit.
  •  Once we have good fried rabbit, fry it a little tomato.
  • Moreover warming broth that will have to have it hot when you add it to the rice.
    Once the tomato sauce, fry the rice and pour the broth there.
  • Leaving a 20 minutes until the rice is. We will not remain vigilant without broth.

CHOCOLAT CROISSANT.

Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • chocolate fondant
  • 1 egg
  • chocolate shavings
Elaboration:

Rice with corn

INGREDIENTS

  • Rice
  • Onion
  • Bacon
  • Evapored milk
  • Cream cheese
  • 1 can of corn
  • White wine
  • Parsley
PREPARATION
  • For cream:
Firstly, chep the onion and the bacon. Frying together until golden. 
Secondly, mix 1 can of evapored milk with 8 tablespoons of cream cheese. Mix them, added 1 can of corn in grain and boil a moment.
Thirdly, added white wine and parsley.
  • For rice:
Preparing the white rice to taste. Moled and gets over the cream of corn.

TIPS

Serve immediately.

Oreo and coconut brownies

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cups crushed oreo
  • 3/4 soft butter bar
  • 1/4 cups of grated coconut
  • 3/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup of chocolate white chips
  • 1 can of 397 grams of condensed milk
PREPARATION

1. Grease of rectangular mold.

CAKE OF VEGETABLES.


Ingredients

·        Pizza base                                                          

·        3 peppers

·        1 onion

·        3 Tomatoes

·        salt

Elaboration:
  • Take the pizza base and reducing its thickness stretch it.
  • Cut the vegetables, onions, peppers and tomatoes and mix in a bowl or on a plate, and put salt.
  • Then put them on the basis of distributing everything, trying to remain a layer or too thick nor too thin.
  •  Now we just have to put the cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, and leave 20 minutes.

COFFE FLAN.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pot of condensed milk
  •  1 size of the pot of milk
  • 3 eggs
  •  3 envelopes of soluble coffee
  •  liquid Candy
  • Cream
Elaboration:
  • Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the candy.
  • Caramelized pan and stir in the preparation we have done.
  • We baked in a bain-marie Courant about 40 min.
  • Quan is cold, the treim mold and we have it ready to serve!

SAUCE OF PESTO (MAIN COURSE).

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 sprig fresh basil (approximantely 50 grams).
• 3 cloves of garlic.
• 4 tablespoons pine nuts.
• 1/2 glass olive oil.
• 100 grams of freshly  Parmesan cheese.
• 25 grams of freshly grated milk cheese.
• A pinch of salt and pepper.

PREPARATION:

1.-Crush the sprig of basil, the bare garlics, a pinch of salt and pepper, and the pine kernels. Finally there is obtained a creamy pasta.

2.- Mix the olive oil with the mixer. Add the rest of the oil  without stopping beating. Finally there is obteined the sauce 'homogeneous and creamy.

 3.-Add then the grated cheeses and to remove.

 4.-Confirm  if the quantity the salt and pepper is correct.

5.-Serve cold on the warm pasta and guard in the fridge in a glass  for his conservation.



CUP MASCARPONE CREAM WITH CHOCOLATE NUTELLA AND PEPERONCINO (DESSERT)

INGREDIENTS:


• 1 egg yolk.
• 1 teaspoon sugar.
• 125 g of mascarpone.
• 4 tablespoons mount cream (approximately 150 ml cream ).
• Nutella.
• Two digestive coockies.
• 2 or 3 ounces of chocolate peperoncino.


PREPARATION:

1.-Mount the cream.

2.-Beat the yolk of egg with the sugar. Finally there is obtaining a cream of almost texture.

3.-Continue beating the macarpone.

4.-Incorporate the scum and mix it with the cream.

5.-Cut in pieces the cookie and use them  refill the bowl of the cup.

6.-Daub the interior of the cup with Nutella.

7.-Refill the other part of the cup with mascarpone

8.-Cut the chocolate  and put it over the cream.

9.-Cool one hour in the fridge.
